- Pair sips with triggers you already do: after bathroom breaks, before calls, with vitamins.
If you’re tracking urine color, pale yellow is the goal. Darker than lemonade? Add a glass now. Feeling dizzy or headachy? Try a small electrolyte dose and call your provider if it doesn’t ease.
